Agent-to-human handoff for structured work

Agents create a sheet through the API and get a share link. Humans open that link to review, edit, comment, and export the result to Excel or CSV. Sharing a working spreadsheet is a link away, no account needed.

Are sheets private?

No. Anyone with the share link can open, edit, and comment on a sheet. There are no per-user logins on a shared sheet. The link is a random 48-character string that can't be guessed, so only the people you send it to can find it. Treat the link like a password.

How long are sheets kept?

Sheets aren't stored permanently. Each one is deleted 30 days after it's created, along with its rows, comments, and share links. Deletion is permanent, so export anything you want to keep.
